Upon receiving a watch from a customer, an email will be sent to that customer confirming arrival. The watch will then be dissasembled and an estimate will be emailed or called to the customer.


Upon acceptance of the estimate by the customer, payment in full will be required by the customer before work will continue.


If the customer denies the repair work, they are responsible for all return shipping charges.
